Heat Biologics (“Heat”) is a clinical-stage company focused on developing its novel “ImPACT” (Immune Pan-Antigen Cytotoxic Therapy) off-the-shelf therapeutic vaccines to combat a wide range of cancers and other diseases. Heat’s ImPACT therapy effectively transforms living tumor into poweful machines that “pump out” important antigens to robustly stimulate the immune system against the targeted disease.

ImPACT is applicable to a wide range of cancers as well as viral infections such as HIV, HCV, influenza and other areas of high unmet need. Heat is currently in Phase II clinical trials with its first drug to treat Non Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) and plans to initiate additional clinical trials against additional cancers in 2012.
